Non-medical support at any age. We don’t provide skilled nursing, therapy, or medication administration — and we’ll tell you plainly if that is what you need.

Most agencies hold one licence and will tell you their model is the right one. We hold both, so you choose the arrangement that fits your family.
We employ the caregiver
The caregiver is our employee. We recruit, clear, train, supervise, and pay them, and we carry payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and liability coverage. One hourly rate, one invoice, and you never become anyone's employer. From $32 an hour.
Steady Hours — short visits. Three hours at a time, twice a week, at any level of care. For families who don’t need a full day.
You hire the caregiver directly
You hire your own caregiver. We refer independent contractors from our cleared roster and you choose who you want. You agree the rate between yourselves and pay them directly. We handle the clearances, vetting, and Chapter 611 documentation — $400 at placement, then $30 per day of care.
New — Steady Hours
Short visits, three hours at a time. Our minimum used to be four hours a visit — for many families that was more than they needed or could carry. It is now three hours, twice a week, at any level of care. Enough for the morning routine, the evening stretch, or a few hours so you can be somewhere else. Same caregivers, same standards.
