These terms govern your use of gilgalhomecare.org and the services and digital products offered through it. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to them.

Who we are

Gilgal Home Care & Registry is a Pennsylvania home care entity based in King of Prussia, licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health under 28 Pa. Code Chapter 611.

Agency and registry — an important distinction

Gilgal operates under both models, and which one applies to you affects who employs your caregiver.

• Under the registry model, we connect you with an independent direct care worker. That worker is not our employee. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and scheduling, and you have greater control over the arrangement.
• Under the agency model, the worker is employed by Gilgal, and we handle payroll, taxes, and assignment.

We will state clearly, in writing, which model applies before services begin.

What we do not provide

Gilgal provides non-medical home care, coordination, education, and consulting. We do not provide skilled nursing, physical or occupational therapy, medication administration, medical diagnosis, or medical advice.

Digital products

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly through Gumroad. A download link is emailed to you after purchase. Files are provided as Word documents or PDFs.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you purchased the wrong product or experienced a technical problem, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to make it right.

License and permitted use

When you purchase a Gilgal resource, you receive a license to use it within your own household or your own single business. You may print and adapt it for that purpose. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share it publicly, or incorporate it into a product or service you sell to others.

Pennsylvania-specific content

Our compliance and business resources are written for Pennsylvania's regulatory framework. They may not apply outside Pennsylvania. Regulations change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with the Pennsylvania Department of Health or the applicable agency before relying on any document.

Consultations and workshops

Appointments are booked through our scheduler. Paid sessions require payment at the time of booking. Free intro calls do not.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a paid session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may not be refunded. Life happens — contact us and we will be reasonable.

Workshop registrations are transferable to a future cohort if you cannot attend.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our resources — text, documents, curricula, templates, and design — belongs to Gilgal Home Care & Registry unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright.

Third-party services and links

We use third-party providers for scheduling, payments, forms, and hosting, and we link to outside resources. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party site or service.

Limitation of liability

Our resources and consultations are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome — including licensure approval, business results, benefits eligibility, or health outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Gilgal's total liability arising from your use of this site, our resources, or our consulting services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
