PA DOH Chapter 611 Licensed · Agency & Registry

Cancer care and recovery, supported at home.

Your oncology team handles treatment. We handle everything else — so you can spend what energy you have on getting through it.

Written by someone who knows these appointments from the inside — the waiting, the paperwork, the week that disappears — and not from a brochure.

— Gabrielle Dibonge, Founder

Someone else holds the details

The exhausting part is rarely one big thing. It is forty small ones, arriving at once, while you are least able to manage them.

  • Meals planned around treatment days, not against them
  • Groceries, prescriptions, and pickups handled
  • Laundry, dishes, and what quietly piles up
  • Medication reminders, so nothing is missed
  • Rides to and from appointments
  • Children and pets covered on the hard days
  • One written plan anyone helping can follow
  • A schedule your family can see, so nobody has to ask you

You stop being the project manager of your own illness.

The written household plan and the family schedule are included with care — not billed separately.

What It Costs

Care in the home

Support hours

Level of CareOur Hourly Rate
Companion CareMeals, housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionshipFrom $32per hour
Personal CareBathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobilityFrom $34per hour
Premium CareHigher acuity, extended hours, or complex schedulesFrom $37per hour
Specialized SupportHigher-acuity needs assessed individually, never assumedFrom $40per hour

A diagnosis does not put you in the highest tier. We work the level out with you and revisit it — treatment weeks and recovery weeks are not the same, and you should not pay as though they are.

Starting rates; you are always quoted before anything is booked. Three hours per visit and nine hours per week — or two hours per visit and eight per week for a short daily visit, at the same rates. No setup fee, no placement charge. Non-medical support only: no skilled nursing, therapy, or medication administration.

Going with you

Medical Advocacy & Appointment Accompaniment

$100for a two-hour appointment

Someone in the room. Notes taken while you listen, questions asked that are hard to ask about yourself, and a written summary the same day. For scan results, treatment planning, and second opinions. Longer appointments quoted on request.

Non-clinical. We do not give medical advice or speak for you — we take notes, ask what you ask us to ask, and make sure you leave with a record.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. Tell us what the week looks like and we will tell you what would actually help.
