💡 Two ways to refer — not just one
Gilgal is licensed under PA DOH Chapter 611 as both a home care agency and a home care registry, so the fit depends on what your patient actually needs.
Gilgal Care Team (agency): W-2 caregivers we employ, train, and schedule directly — the right call when a family wants us to handle staffing end to end.
Family-Led Care (registry): we refer a screened, cleared independent caregiver, and the family works with them directly — often the better fit when a family wants more control and a lower cost structure.
